The total project cost is : U.S. $ 2.5 Million. Several Mumineen families have given generously of their wealth and time to this noble project. The project is at 80% level,

PROGRESS REPORT UP TO 08/20/2004

1. Electrical, Mechanical & Plumbing work  95% complete.
2. Wall insulation 100% complete.
3. Building is fully enclosed with all exterior doors & windows installed.
4. Interior sheetrock work complete
5. Final site grading in complete. Qibla Marble installation complete.
6. Walls finishing 90% complete
7. Interior storefront doors and framing complete
8. Elevator installation complete. Waiting for final County inspection.
9. Curb Gutters and road & Parking lot paving complete.
10. Final finishing, Landscaping and inspections will start first week of August 2004 and we except to get the occupancy permit by end of September or first week of October 2004
11. The above schedule is contingent on owner’s ability to timely pay the contractor & weather. At present we owe the contractor $320,000.00 for the work already completed and we will need $200,000.00 after final completion.
