We are a residential property management company specializing in the management of single family homes, townhouses, and condominiums. We primarily manage properties in the Maryland counties of Howard, Montgomery, and Prince Georges. We also do buying and selling of residential and commercial properties. Saif Realty offers full architectural services as well.

COMPANY PROFILE
Saif Realty Property Management Company was founded in 1990 by Saifuddin Qaiyumi. He is the Owner-Broker of the company and has been in the Real Estate business for over 20 years. The company office is located in Columbia, Maryland.
Saif Realty manages over 50 residential properties in the Maryland counties of Howard, Montgomery, and Prince Georges. We have managed many of these properties for the same owners for several years. Saif Realty has gained recognition as one of the most qualified, ethical and professional real management organizations in the area. Our organized approach greatly increases our efficiency, keeps us apprised of current market conditions and allows us to maximize return on each owner's individual property.
SERVICES
MARKETING
1. Inspect the property to determine a rental price, based on the market rents of comparable properties.
2. Advise client on improvements that may bring higher rental income.
3. Advertise property in a print media and through multiple list services.
Owner-Tenant Relations
1. Produce extensive reference verification and credit checks for potential tenants.
2. Produce leases and renewals to client's best benefit.
3. Maintain regular contact through monthly reports and correspondence.
4. Offer 24-hour emergency contact phone access for tenants and owners.
PROPERTY MANAGEMENT
1. Furnish a detailed property inspection report to owners after each move in.
2. Maintain and repair property at the minimal cost practical to uphold standards.
FINANCIAL ACCOUNTING
1. Maintain a rigid rent collection policy.
2. Approve bills, deduct expenses, and disburse funds.
3. Provide security deposit accounting.
4. Provide monthly statements and annual report for tax purposes.
NEW INVESTORS
If you are interested in property investment, we can help you buy the property, find a tenant, and manage the property for you. We can also find land and use our Architectural services to design a residential house or a commercial property, help you find a contractor to build the project, and lease and manage it for you.

I am a licensed Architect in Washington D.C., Maryland & New Jersey. I can assist in the design of custom homes, places of worship, & commercial projects. I can help you find the land as a Real Estate Broker and design the building according to your requirements.
If you want to lease or buy a residential house or office I can help you through Long & Foster Real Estate ( I am an Associate Broker). I can provide you with market analysis for your present home or business and sell it for you.
I am also President of Saif Realty, Inc. We represent the Landlord. We can secure qualified tenants for you, deal with tenants issues, collect rent, take care of the maintenance of the property, and provide you with monthly statements and a year end statement.
